Into the Blue: Boldly Going Where Captain Cook Has Gone Before
A magnificent read. I love the way the author captures the magnificence of Cook's achievements. His wry observations on Australians and our Australianisms is hilarious. I loved that he could teach me things about Cook I didn't know and he could make me laugh at myself.
